I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you all – House of Poke officially opened Friday, March 15, 2024. We couldn’t be more pumped to bring a fresh wave of healthy eating to our town!
We’ve poured our heart and soul into creating this space. At House of Poke, you can indulge in delicious, nutritious poke bowls that tantalize your taste buds and nourish your body from the inside out. Our journey into the world of healthy eating was inspired by my family’s legacy in the culinary scene. I’m beyond excited to carry that torch forward with House of Poke!
Our goal from the get-go has been simple: to provide our community with a go-to spot for wholesome, flavorful eats that leave you feeling energized and satisfied. Whether you’re swinging by for a quick lunch or gathering with friends for dinner, our menu is packed with options that cater to all tastes and dietary preferences.
To our surprise, we’ve already made waves in the local scene! You might have seen our feature in the Vail Daily, and let me tell you, the buzz is real. It’s been incredible to see the support pouring in from our community, and we’re just getting started!
